The Nature Kids Club encourages the staff at our school that if your phones on low battery put it on the charger because it saves batteries and it takes more energy to get it back fully charged.

The Nature Kids Club have encouraged the rest of the school to use less technology (energy), write things out on recycled paper first and/or make sure you have done your best work before you print anything.

The Nature Kids Club used Re-use recycled paper for art when they make posters for any of their campaigns for the Environment.

The Nature Kids Club has made beautiful sun catchers encouraging our classroom to use the sunlight for light instead of the lights from our classrooms. (Encourage people to use Sun Power ☺

The Nature Kids Club have different groups that take care of recycling. We are recycling paper, cardboard, yogurt container, batteries, etc. Each group is in charge of collecting their item and making sure it is ready to be recycled.

Nature Kids Club sorted through the garbage and reported back to the staff what kind of garbage there was collected. As a school community, each class discussed how we could make better choices for a healthier Earth.

The Nature Kids Club organized an entire school, community playground clean up. Students do appreciate a clean area to play in. ☺

The Nature Kids Club presented at an assembly challenged others to not throw garbage outside on the grass instead they could put it in the trash cans.

There are some Nature Kid Club Members whose classes are planting flowers and vegetables in our classrooms. It brings some oxygen into the learning environments & teaches students how to care for it.
