The Nature Kids Club has had things donated to our school that have been recycled. The Nature Kids Club encourage classes to reuse resources when and where we can.
The Nature Kids Club has encouraged classes to use their recycled paper for other things. In room 3, they are now using recycled paper for our spelling tests, to draw pictures on etc. instead of getting new paper.
Our Kindergartens are collecting blue bins yogurt containers, juice etc. as part of our Nature Kids Club. They are learning how to recycle in their class.
Nature Kids Club promote that it’s a great idea to Reuse clothing! Use old shirts for paint shirt instead of putting in the landfill. Donate your clothing to charities. If you are buying a new shirt, why not buy one that has been recycled.
We don’t use plastic bags! The Nature Kids Club collected plastic bags for “That’s Not My Bag”. They decorated cloth bags and filled them with plastic bags they collected from their classmates.
