Recycling

The Nature Kids Club used Re-use recycled paper for art when they make posters for any of their campaigns for the Environment.

The Nature Kids Club use paper for multiple things and double siding paper for all photocopies

The Nature Kids Club have different groups that take care of recycling. We are recycling paper, cardboard, yogurt container, batteries, etc. Each group is in charge of collecting their item and making sure it is ready to be recycled.

We have set up a station with a bin to collect used batteries. Another bin for used printer cartridges. We advertised to the school community in our weekly newsletter and in the school newspaper.

Grade 4/5 French immersion students have been practicing their patience in Mrs. Fister’s Art class. They have been creating arts from punch holes leftover from the school printers. Great inventive way to recycle something so small!
