We have “No waste Wednesdays” at our school. The Nature Kids Club would like to move to litter-less lunches by the end of the year! Litter-less Lunches are when we do not leave any waste at school. Everyone is encouraged to bring re-usable containers for all of their foods.

For example, teachers use old muffin tins to put paint pucks in instead of buying new plastic trays, use old yogurt for holding manipulatives or margarine containers for water dishes for painting.
