Mrs. Kutcher’s students have decided to use their creativity and spring spirit to enhance their school’s environment and reuse all kinds of objects. they have created perfect pots out of plastic bottles, pop cans, and even soccer balls! Mackenzie and Kaylee, both members of Archbishop O’Leary Soccer Team have made these amazing pots from old soccer balls that their coaches didn’t need anymore. Now O’Leary is more ready to cheer up for the Soccer Canada Team in the World Cup and keep a cleaner air in the school.
Carlos and Jemi have created an original and practical wallet out of chip bags.
Students from école Beau Soleil built a Christmas village made from recycled materials. The activity was a success for its first edition, and students are already talking about next year project. The parents were able to see their kid masterpiece at the Christmas concert.
Each year the children from The Chartwell House create art works to sell in the town square. We ask for families involvement to bring in recycled items to help us create what we sell.
