Bringing Back the Woolly Mammoth

Ms. Lacroix and her Social Studies students incorporate environmental problems in their “Current Events” monthly assignments. This month, the key issue the students worked on was how important it is to study pre historical animals that populated the Earth a long time ago, and to relate this research to how to take care of the endangered species that we now have, before they become extinct, as it happened with mammoths. In this picture the students Rehema and Sarah are sharing their ideas about how we can learn from our past to ensure the survival of the species at risk nowadays.
