More than forty students of Grades 11 and 12 participated in The Story of Stuff Project with Ms. Alamo Santos. Her Religion classes are focused on raising environmental awareness and on our role as Earth Stewards. The main objective of the Story of Stuff Project is to create a society based on sharing, and not on selfishness, and on buildng community together, not division; and those are the values that Ms. Alamo Santos´s students worked on in this project. The students watched the documentary The Story of Stuff, by Annie Leonard and reflected together on the deep impact that our patterns of consumption have on our societies, our economy and our health
