Be the Change Project:
The student organizers had created a presentation to talk to third grade classes about the importance of staying in school and detailed the pros and cons of staying vs. dropping out.

Be the Change Project:
The students decided to create an understanding about what is discrimination and awareness about what to do when confronted with discrimination. They filmed a series of skits portraying real life situation they each have experienced and then presented to Grade 3 – 12 students with a lawyer present to debrief and discuss each scenario. By presenting actual experiences, the students were able to put a face to the issues in their community for the 45 students in attendance.
